The quote tool

The quote tool solicits gender, birth date, self-assessed health, nicotine status, desired benefit, and policy years. This data routes to the carriers' quote engine to generate pricing but isn't kept by this site. Name, location, phone, and email are never requested for quote viewing. Identical consecutive queries may be fulfilled from temporary caching to reduce redundant calls.

Applying

Should you proceed to apply, your provided information auto-fills the secure application interface managed by the carriers and you'll operate within their privacy framework. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California agent (License 0B75129), processes all applications.

The contact form

Our contact form requests your name, email, optional phone, communication preference, subject, and message content. Messages are transmitted via email to our agency; your email serves as the return address. No message archive, submission database, or content logs exist on this site. A temporary spam-prevention routine executes client-side before transmission.

Measurement

Site usage is tracked through cookieless, first-party analytics originating from this domain. We don't deploy cookies or persistent IDs; your IP is partially anonymized during logging; referrer parameters are stripped; visitor logs expire after 90 days. Clients with active DNT or GPC signals are excluded from analytics entirely.

What we do not do

We neither sell user data, share it with marketers, employ ad trackers, nor integrate third-party analytics platforms. The sole external script is the carriers' application system, present only on the apply page if you navigate there.
